Diet plays a huge role on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Nutrients are life-sustaining substances found in food. They work together to supply the body with energy and structural minerals to regulate growth, maintenance and repair of body tissues.
Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat, Vitamins, Minerals and Water are the six mayor classes of nutrients. Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat are the three nutrients that provide calories; these calories are used by the body to sustain life by helping maintain body temperature and facilitating the growth and repair of all organs and tissue.
Seems like we as society are obsessed with the idea of finding the right diet to lose weight and burn body fat. These diets are design to cut down the calorie intake having as result weight loss and fat burn. If that is the reason to follow a diet that will fulfill its purpose. Most of the time what ends up happening is that when this diet is no longer in place the person will return to old eating habits and patterns that will take them back to the starting point, gaining all the weight back and causing so much stress to the body, specially the cardio-vascular system.

It is important to take all the considerations when I design your nutrition and fitness program. Taking your body measurements, weight, height, age, resting heart rate, eating, sleeping and life style habits; these is some of basic information required to know your body condition and be able to identify how many calories you will required to achieve your lifestyle transformation in a realistic time frame.
It is very important to have a balanced nutrition plan to achieve physical transformation, Muscle growth require nutrients to repair muscle fibres while we sleep, healthy fat is required to burn fat, fat is also the best source of energy. It is important to keep feeding our body with healthy nutrients during time we are awake, this increase our metabolism keeping our body working, regenerating cells and tissue at same time we burn unwanted excess fat.
