Food for Abs
It is amazing what you can achieve in a short period of time when you focus. Having the right information and determination can take you to places you only dream to be at. When we think on owning our own six pack, one of our first thoughts is: it will never happen, is a lot of work, I can’t do it, I do not know if it will be worth. Stop setting yourself for failure, if you really want a lean strong mid-section I invite you to focus, amaze yourself & wow yourself. When was the last time you wow yourself? No matter what exercise you choose, there is only so much fat you can burn during your workout and cardio training. I will say that 80 % of success on achieving a lean tone body is Nutrition. The idea of this section on my site is to provide you with some foods that will help on the process of building a lean trim body and eventually stimulate the desire to educate yourself on how to feed your body and not how to starve it. I am not going to teach you how to diet but instead will provide you with some ideas for you to incorporate in your life to learn how to eat.
In really it doesn’t matter how strong your willpower is, when you are dieting or starving, eventually you will give in and gain all weight back again, creating real damage in your internal organs, metabolism and fat storage process. In fact studies shows that the more than 90 % of people that were part of a weight loss diet plan regain all the weight they lost. Majority of diets deprive your body of vital nutrients essential for a healthy body, nutrients deficiency could take you to lack of energy, irritability, rapidly aging skin, dehydration, anxiety, etc. Learning how to eat and enjoying food is very important for the long term success.
To me the way to go in our eating habits should be having a very well balanced meals consisting on food from all the basic food groups, proper carbs, protein and fat ratios, proper calorie balance, keeping your body with nutrients every 2:20 to 3 hrs., keeping your metabolism strong and your body absorbing nutrients from your food with no need to store them in form of fat.
