As requirement for health Canada I am responsible for the health and exercise screening process, this to ensure that you are physically fit and able to exercise. Family history, illness, cardio-vascular or cardio respiratory problems or things to take in consideration, diabetes, cholesterol, bone fractures and overall health and physical mobility are things I have to consider on the screening process and on the fitness and nutrition program design.
