Exercises and Routines

Is not need to always go all out when lifting weights to have a great body. But you have to make sure to that your next workout or exercise routine is a little tougher than last one. Saying this, is not necessary to increase the amount of weight to lift, is too many ways you can increase the intensity of your workouts using the same weight or even less. Remember that your workouts has to keep your body in shock, the surprise factor will avoid the possibility of creating a plateau stage. I am going to proactively update this section with basic exercise routines and brand new ones; also will try to include some outdoor activities and exercise routines, introduce you to old routines with brand new approaches and get the best out of your workout or exercise routine.
