Sergio De La Garza
Graduated as Personal Trainer from BCRPA, Sergio has completed his Weight and PersonalTraining programs, First Aid and CPR. He is inspired to keep up with the ever changing world of fitness by taking on going courses all year round. Sergio is currently working with a wide varietyof members in the Greater Vancouver area.
He helps his clients reach their full potential by training them to understand and respect their bodies. He will be besides you in every step, designing your road to success; coaching you, motivating you and giving you the tools that you individually require to make that change in lifestyle you have dream for long time.
